The main duties of this position include:

● Focus primarily on preparing and serving beverages, including alcoholic drinks.

● Responsible for handling Point-of-Sale transactions, and maintaining cleanliness of the bar area.

● Interact directly with guests at the bar, taking orders, and providing recommendations on drinks.

● May require specialized knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages.

● Physically able to lift 50 pounds or more.
